Please the read the conference brochure carefully for terms and conditions regarding cancellations.
Insurance
Travel insurance is higly recommended once deposits are being made. In the event of industrial disruptions, terrorism, unrest and/or natural disasters, neither Medicine with Altitude nor Harvey World Travel Scone can accept responsibility for any financial and/or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor will Medicine with Altitude and Harvey World Travel Scone accept responsibility for injury or damage to persons and/or property occurring during the conference and/or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate, details of which are included in the Conference Brochure.
