The one bedroom apartments (max 4 persons), and two bedroom apartments (max 6 persons) are all beautifully appointed with valley or mountain views.All suites include fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, microwave & stove with slate flooring and brand-name amenities. For further luxury and ‘spoiling’, patrons can enjoy the refreshing rooftop outdoor hot tub.
Grocery stores are close by or, alternatively, groceries can be ordered in and delivered to your suite. Living areas have gas fireplaces, dining area, complimentary wireless internet, TV, DVD & queen sofa bed.
Registration & Accommodation
Once you have registered with the conference secretariat, you will then make your accommodation booking with the Sundial Boutique Hotel, quoting the conference booking number you received from the conference secretariat.
Special accommodation room rates have been negotiated for Medicine with Altitude delegates. Rates are subject to applicable taxes currently 10% Hotel Tax and 5% GST.
One bedroom rates are based on single or double occupancy. Two bedroom rates are based on quad occupancy. Additional person charges are $20.00 CDN per night plus applicable taxes.
Rates / Rooms Single Double Triple Quad
Children 18 years old and under may stay at no extra charge in their parents' room in all categories, as long as the number of guests in the room do not exceed the hotel's maximums.
The Sundial Boutique Hotel requires a minimum 3 nights stay per reservation for the ond & two bedroom suites.
These rates will be offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the dates of January 9th - 16th 2011 subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Reservations will have a deposit of one night's room and tax charged at the time of the booking. The remaining balance will be charged thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If booking is made inside of thirty (30) days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking. Reservations cancelled outside thirty (30) days of arrival are charged one night's room and tax. Cancellations received inside thirty (30) days or arrival after full payment has been taken are non-refundable. 'Reservations' that do not arrive will be charged the full amount of reservation bookings.
